Blue

For product lighting I photographed my necklace and my favorite peace of pottery. Used window light and reflective material underneath and a big fill card. I loved doing this assignment. I was really pleased with how this turned out.

Cat Fishing

I watched the whole thing. Gross but so interesting. He was caught, hung, and stripped.

Face to Face

This banner ties in with our 36 people project. We had to pick our 6 best from our 36 and print a banner  8' tall with our photos 6' tall with an inch of border and a quarter in between. The easy part was putting them on the canvas. The painful part was printing it. It took forever because I was trying to get the color correct and not waste a ton of paper. I met some pretty unique people though. They were great to talk to. left to right---> Danielle young, Xavier Adames, April Thompson, Aaron Rosa, Nathan Dixon, and Dresean Williams.

NiNjA!!

Meet my mini reptilian king.

Light Extravaganza

Small Format---> Creative time. This assignment was a little challenging but fun. I used a piece of material that gave the reflection that I wanted, slowed my shutter to 20 seconds and popped some red gel. I really liked the outcome. Enjoy!

Human Burger

For a moment when they all come out on the field I thought they where sumo wrestling, but then I heard they had to race to make a human burger. Oh that was so funny. Ready, Set, Go!

DOWNTOWN

Walking around downtown greensboro, I walk upon a line of vans with trailers full of drum sets, guitars, amps, keyboards, etc. Outside waiting their turn to perform were band members of various bands o touring the country. All from different states. I explained to them my assignment for small format about how I had to photograph 36 strangers and get to know them a little.
Left to right--- Xavier Adams, Aaron Rosa (both apart of the Palisades), Dan Clermont (Set it Off). I photographed one other band member of the palisades, Brandon Reese, but unfortunately my exposure was incorrect. They were all very nice and just formed a little assembly line and called others to help. I had a great experience shooting strangers. Thanks guys for your help!
